No. Nest & Key is strictly a co-hosting service. We never lease, sublet or take ownership of your property — it stays listed under your name, on your Airbnb/Vrbo account, at all times.
Guests pay through Airbnb or Vrbo, and the platform pays your payout directly to your bank account on their normal schedule. We're never in that payment chain — we simply invoice you separately for our co-hosting fee each month.
Cleaning is available as an add-on service for an extra fee, scheduled automatically around your bookings. It isn't bundled into the base co-hosting fee, so you only pay for it if you'd like us to handle it.
