Turnover cleaning

Every stay ends with a full professional clean before the next guest checks in. Cleaning is scheduled automatically around your booking calendar, so there's never a gap or a rushed turnaround — and never a double-booking of your cleaner. It's available as an add-on to our core co-hosting service, billed separately so you only pay for it if you'd like us to handle it.

Each clean follows the same checklist regardless of which cleaner is on rotation: linens changed, bathrooms and kitchen fully sanitised, floors done, amenities restocked, and a final walkthrough photo set logged before the listing is marked guest-ready.

Maintenance coordination

Beyond cleaning, we keep an eye on the condition of the property itself. When something needs attention — a dripping tap, a broken appliance, worn furnishings — we flag it early and coordinate a trusted local vendor to fix it, rather than letting it turn into a guest complaint or a bad review.

Maintenance coordination is billed with additional fees on top of the base co-hosting fee, covering our time sourcing, scheduling and following up with tradespeople and vendors on your behalf. Any parts, callout or repair costs are separate again and are always confirmed with you before work goes ahead — nothing is booked on your account without sign-off.

Why this matters for your listing

Cleanliness and upkeep are two of the biggest drivers of guest star ratings on Airbnb and Vrbo. A single bad turnover or an unresolved maintenance issue can undo months of good reviews. Keeping both running smoothly in the background is one of the simplest, highest-leverage things a co-host does for your listing's long-term performance.
